Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Titans Media Group, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and the services we provide to law firms, including custom website builds, AI intake and follow-up, and Google review automation.
By using our website or our services, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect the following kinds of information:
- Information you submit through our forms and AI intake or chat. This includes your name, firm or business name, email address, phone number, and the content of any message you send us. When the AI intake and chat features run on a client site, the same kinds of details may be collected from the people who contact that firm, along with any lead and contact data they provide.
- Standard technical and usage data. This includes information your browser and device send automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We and our infrastructure providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the website and the services.
- Run AI intake and follow-up, so inquiries are answered and leads are followed up.
- Run Google review automation, so review requests can be sent and managed.
- Handle billing and payments for the subscription and any add-ons.
- Provide support and respond to your questions.
- Maintain, secure, and improve the website and the services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who We Share It With
We rely on a small set of trusted third parties to deliver the services, and we share information with them only as needed to run those services. They include:
- Google (for review automation and related services).
- SMS and messaging providers and phone carriers (to send and deliver text messages and other communications).
- AI providers (to power the AI intake and follow-up features).
- Our payment processor, Stripe (to handle billing and process payments). We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Our hosting and infrastructure provider, Cloudflare (to host and deliver the website and the services).
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and their own terms and policies apply to the data they handle.
Data Retention
For client lead and contact data, our retention practice follows our Terms of Service. If a client asks in writing within 30 days of their access ending, we will provide a one time export of their lead and contact data in a standard format. After that 30 day window, we are not obligated to retain or provide that data, and it may be deleted. We otherwise keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet our legal and billing obligations, and resolve disputes.
Client Responsibility for Consents
Under our Terms of Service, clients who use the services are responsible for obtaining any consents required to send SMS, email, or other communications to their contacts, and for complying with the advertising, solicitation, and professional conduct rules that apply to them. Clients are responsible for the lawfulness of the communications sent under their name through the services.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the version and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or the services after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
