Most marketing agencies show you a chart. We would rather show you a website you can open in another tab right now.

This is a look at a real build we did for a real landscaping company: Vista Landscape Management in Springdale, Arkansas. The site is live at vistalandscapemanagement.com. Every page named below is up and you can click it yourself.

We are going to walk through how the site is put together, and more useful to you, why it is put together that way. Because the structure is the part that does the ranking.

Who Vista is

Vista Landscape Management is a landscaping and hardscape construction company serving Northwest Arkansas out of Springdale. The owner, Mike Steenbergen, has 40 years in the trade. They build retaining walls, paver patios and walkways, outdoor living spaces, drainage systems, irrigation, sod and artificial turf.

They carry a 5.0 star rating on Google from 11 reviews. That is a small review count with a perfect record, which is exactly the position a lot of good contractors are in: the work is excellent, the internet just does not know about it yet.

What we built

29Pages live
12Service pages
9Town pages
40Years of proof on display

A custom built site, live since July 2026. No WordPress, no page builder, no theme. It is hand built code that loads fast on a phone, which matters more than any design trend because most people looking for a landscaper are on a phone in their backyard.

One page for every service, not one list

Here is the single biggest mistake we see on contractor websites. There is one page called "Services" with a bulleted list of fifteen things on it. That page can only rank for one thing, and it is usually nothing.

Vista has a separate, full page for each service they sell:

Why this works: somebody searching "retaining wall builder near me" and somebody searching "paver patio cost" are two different customers with two different problems. When each one has their own page, Google has something exact to hand them. When they share one page, Google has to guess, and it usually guesses somebody else.

The rule

If you can get paid for it, it gets its own page. If a customer would search for it by name, it gets its own page. A list on a single page is a list Google cannot rank.

One page for every town, because that is how people search

Almost nobody types "landscaper." They type "landscaper in Bentonville" or "retaining wall Rogers AR." Vista has a dedicated page for each town it drives to:

These are not the same paragraph with the town name swapped out. Each one talks about that town: the soil, the slopes, the neighborhoods, the kind of yards there. A homeowner in Bella Vista reads it and thinks "this company knows my street." Google reads it and sees a real local business, not a template.

That matters because a town page has to earn its ranking twice. Once from Google, and once from the person reading it. A thin page with the name swapped fails both tests.

The pages that close the sale

Ranking gets you the visit. These pages get you the job.

Portfolio

Real photographs of Vista's own finished walls, patios and drainage work. Not stock photos of somebody else's yard. Landscaping is a "show me" business.

Reviews

Their real Google reviews, on their own site, with the customer's name and the job. Plus a review request page so happy customers have one easy link.

Why choose us

The 40 years, the fact that the owner is on the job, the free estimate. The answer to "why you and not the other three quotes."

Contact

A short form and a click to call button on every single page. No hunting for the phone number.

The part you cannot see

A website on its own is a brochure. What makes it a lead machine is what runs behind it, and Vista has all of it for the same flat $297 a month:

What we are not going to claim

You will notice there is no "347% increase in leads" headline on this page. That is on purpose.

This site went live in the summer of 2026. Local SEO is slow and honest work: the pages get indexed, the reviews build, the map position climbs over months. Anybody who shows you a hockey stick chart after eight weeks is showing you a chart, not a business.

What we will hand you is something better than a number you cannot check. Go open the site. Click the retaining wall page. Click the Bentonville page. Load it on your phone and time it. Then compare it to your own site, and to whoever is beating you in the map right now. That comparison tells you more than any graph we could draw.

What to take from this if you run a landscaping company

You do not need us to copy the structure. Here is the whole playbook in five lines:

Do those five things and you will beat most of the landscapers in your county. If you would rather have it done for you, that is the whole job we do for $297 a month, and we will show you exactly what your version would look like before you pay anything.
